A happy holiday to all! Here’s more of the same as last time, methodology-wise. But this aggregate feels different than the boisterous first batch—not by design, but it’s a lot more downtempo. I could have made it entirely so if I’d thrown in Daddy Kev’s Heads Know Mix 01: “Miles Deep” (November 1; RA MOTD write-up) and/or paltamango’s egoclub (133) (November 10; RA MOTD write-up), but those were both one-and-done to my ear. (For the record, I lost patience with selections I won’t link to here by nail salon, Asa Collect, and Dean Chew. The latter prompted me to quit a quarter-hour in with some smooth jazz. Please, kids, have some standards.)
