Citations and notes for 'The Underground Is Massive'

A word of explanation

When my book The Underground Is Massive was published in 2015, I made a Tumblr blog to put the notes and citations on, since I didn’t think there’d be space in the book itself--I’d cut the whole thing to exactly the right size, after all. Six years later, I was looking at those notes, and realized that no one can read then who didn’t already have a Tumblr account. I re-did them on a Blogspot page, just to make sure they were visible, not that anyone saw them; people certainly still use Blogspot, but the notes are still basically un-findable. So I’m going to redo them here as well. The first, Tumblr iteration had links; most of them no longer worked as of 2021, so I abandoned them. Enjoy!
